What airport should I fly into?

The recommended airport code for Tokyo is HND - Haneda Airport

The recommended airport code for Bali, Indonesia is DPS - Denpasar International Airport.

Assistance with choosing flight bookings from Tokyo to Bali on 9/30/2025 are included in the price of your trip. Recommended flight info. will be provided.

Round trip ground transportation to all accommodations is included in your trip.

What time can I check in to my hotel upon arrival?

Check in Tokyo and in Bali is at 3pm. The retreat welcome dinner will commence the evening of arrival date.

Can I invite a friend on the trip?

Yes, you may invite your friend(s) to the retreat but keep in mind that spaces are limited so invite quickly! Lodging with your friend can be requested by emailing us Hello@CandenWebb.com.

What are the Travel Requirements?

There are no negative COVID testing requirements for air travel to Tokyo or Bali currently.

Travelers will need to have a valid U.S. passport and travel insurance to travel with us. Please plan on providing proof of a travel insurance policy before departure. Please note, travel to Bali requires a U.S. Passport with at least 2 blank pages that is valid for at least 6 months past the arrival date. A purchase of a visa may be required upon arrival for $35 USD

Is everything really included in the price of the trip?

Lodging, ground transportation, all workshops and 2 meals a day is all included in the price of the trip as well as excursions and roundtrip ground transportation to and from the airport. Please note: Flights, service tips, alcoholic beverages, travel insurance, transportation outside of the provided excursion transport, the cost of COVID testing or any other costs associated with individualized needs including spa services, shopping, visas, money exchange and miscellaneous fees are not included in the pricing for the trip.

How do I sign up for the retreat?

To apply for the retreat, please fill out the form below. Your application will be reviewed and you will be invited to complete next steps in your booking. Registration will be open until the retreat is sold out. There are only a few slots available (12 maximum) so we recommend booking your trip as soon as possible to attend as the retreat normally gets full within the first few weeks of being announced. YPC Elite Members, please do not apply below! Check your email to secure your spot.

Do I have to participate in excursions?

You are not required to participate in excursions. If you do not wish to participate in certain excursions, please give your event host advance notice that you will be staying behind. In some cases, alternate excursions will be provided as substitutions for listed included excursions. You may check with your host in advance to see which alternate excursions are available 30-60 days prior to the start of the retreat. Please note: non-participation in excursions does not effect the pricing of your trip.

Can I just attend one location and not the other i.e. Tokyo and not Bali or Bali and not Tokyo?

Single destination requests will be considered upon request. Please email Hello@CandenWebb.com for requests if there are special, unavoidable circumstances. Please note, attending the entire retreat in both locations is highly recommended!

What are the accommodation options?

We are staying at a lovely privately owned estate in Tokyo, Japan that’s beautiful, modern and cozy close to the heart of the city. Accommodations include comfortable beds and relaxing aesthetic. The estate restaurant is located on the bottom floor and train station access to anywhere in Tokyo is a 5 minute walk away.

We are staying in a 5 star resort in South Bali. Location will include swimming pools, spa, fitness center, jogging track, unique architecture and breath-taking views.

Please keep in mind some adjustments may be made in order to give each attendee the absolute highest quality accommodations available. See pictures below for current lodging arrangements.

Tokyo Accommodations: Double occupancy rooms in Taito City- limited spots available for upgrade to single rooms

Bali Accommodations: Double occupancy rooms at resort in South Bali - Single Occupancy rooms available (w/ upgrade request)

**All accommodations include provided transportation to and from excursions. Single occupancy rooms are rooms where you will lodge alone. Double occupancy are rooms with two beds where you’ll lodge with one other woman. Single occupancy rooms upgrades are available for an additional fee and will be assigned with preference given to those who secure their spot the earliest.
